Characteristics of my handmade jewelry

Please note that due to the handmade nature of my pieces, they may feature slight imperfections and inconsistencies. These in no way affect the functionality of the pieces – I believe they add to their character! I only list items I would be happy to wear myself.

Care instructions

1. Clean clay with damp cloth & metal with jewelry cleaner.
2. Store pieces in a dry environment to prevent metal from tarnishing.
3. The clay is sturdy, but also delicate. Please avoid leaving in tight places.
4. Avoid contact with perfume, hairspray, makeup & moisturizers. These may cause discoloration of your jewelry.
5. Avoid placing around sharp objects to prevent scratches.

Shipping Policy

​Shipping & packaging fees at checkout are based on the standard USPS rate for the shipping location and product weight.

​How long will it take to get my order?

-As most items are handmade to order or made in small batches, please allow 1-2 weeks for order fulfillment and 1 week for completed shipping (may vary based on location).

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with tracking.

Return & Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns or offer refunds. We may offer exchanges under limited circumstances. If an item is damaged as a result of quality or craftsmanship, customers must e-mail their concern within 14 days of receiving items for an exchange. Items mailed back for exchange must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. J. Snow & Co. reserves the right to refuse any exchange where the product returned is not in its original condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
